Hilary really likes Lion Fish so I always try to get a couple of good shots of them.

First off, nice fish! 
I've always liked lion fish.
Well done on not getting any glass reflection as that spoils a picture, and you've got a great pose from the fish here.
Getting a good picture through glass like that is very hard, but possible. Next time try going into manual and increasing the DOF so the whole fish is in focus, and take it while it is in its "natural" environment that has been put there by the aquarium.
Lastly, try getting the whole fish in the photo.
